Mangaluru: Fire breaks out at electronics shop at Bendoorwell

Mangaluru: A fire broke out at an electronics shop at Bendoorwell in the city on Monday, January 10.

The fire was noticed in the showroom of LG brand electronic goods located in Paramount West Gate building at Kankanady main road. There was thick smoke engulfing the whole building.

Soon, Pandeshwar Fire Service was called in who later doused the flames.

However, much electronic equipment and furniture at the shop had burned down by the time the fire was extinguished, causing a massive loss.

The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The loss of property is also not immediately known at the time of publication.
