Mangaluru: Sandesha Awards announced, 16 achievers to be feted on Feb 22

Mangaluru: The annual Sandesha Awards for the years 2021 and 2022 were announced on February 8.
Sandesha Foundation trustee Roy Castelino released the list of 16 awardees at a press conference.
It was also announced that the award ceremony will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 5.30 pm at Sandesha institute ground.
Mangaluru based Sandesha Foundation for Culture and Education is an educational institution that trains students at various levels in music, dance, art, and painting. ‘Sandesha Award’ was instituted to appreciate and recognize outstanding and value-based contributions made by various personalities through Literature, Journalism, Arts, Education, Music, Media, and Social Service.

Sandesha Literature Award (Tulu) – Dr Sunitha Shetty

Sandesha Art Award – Avithas Adalphus Cutinha (Dolla)
