Padubidri: 22-year-old woman dies by suicide

Padubidri: A 22-year-old lady allegedly died by suicide at her residence in Padubidri on Thursday, February 10.
The deceased has been identified as Sowjanya. While she was employed with a private firm in Bengaluru, she had been allowed to work remotely from her home due to the pandemic situation.
On Thursday Sowjanya’s parents had gone to Suratkal leaving her behind with her grandmother. When they returned home in the afternoon they found her body hanging from the ceiling.
A case has been registered with Padubidri police.
