Bengaluru: Drugs worth Rs 9.82 crore seized at KIA; Two held

Bengaluru: Customs officers on Friday arrested two persons and seized drugs worth Rs 9.82 crore at the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA).
Central Intelligence Unit of Bangalore Customs detected about 1 kg of heroin and 4.58 kg of MDMA/Ecstasy pills in two courier parcels at the Airport.
The two courier parcels were each from Belgium and Zambia arrived via Dubai. The accused have been taken into custody.
Further investigations are underway.
