SpiceJet flies stranded Indians from Budapest to Delhi; pilot’s heartwarming announcement goes viral

A large group of Indians who were stranded due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine were evacuated on a SpiceJet flight.
The special evacuation flight left Budapest, Hungary, for New Delhi.
The pilot made a sweet announcement during the flight that has now gone viral and won hearts.
He said, “We are very happy to see all of you safe and sound and proud of each and every one of you for your courage and determination. You overcame the uncertainty, the hardship, the fear and have made it here safely. Now it’s time to go back to our motherland.”

The pilot went on to say that the flight will take 9 hours to arrive in New Delhi. He also mentioned the stops before concluding his declaration with “Jai Hind.”
The video has received over 2,500 views and multiple thumbs up since it was shared.
For the past few days, Indian evacuation flights have been operating out of Bucharest and Budapest.
