Mangaluru: Police officials have arrested a man for allegedly sexually harassing an Anganwadi assistant in Konaje.
The arrested accused have been identified as Nizam, a resident of Aladka in Harekala village.
On March 16, Nizam had gone to the Anganwadi to repair a gas stove. He allegedly hugged the victim around the waist and asked her to not reveal this to anyone.
The victim then informed the higher officials and filed a complaint at the Konaje police station.
