Mangaluru: An oil spill in front of the SCDCC Bank head office near the City Centre Mall here caused bikes to skid on Monday.
As per reports, three bikes skidded on the concrete road, after their tyres were unable to grip the road adequately.
The oil spill occurred at the steep bend near Bishop’s house which leads to the City Centre mall.
The source of the oil spill was not known, but it was suspected that a leak might have occurred from another vehicle.
A video of the bikes skidding has been making rounds on social media. People were seen tossing sand and soil on the oil spill.
