Security lapse: Drone spotted flying close to chopper carrying former PM Devegowda

‎Nelamangala:‎‎ In a major security lapse, a drone was spotted flying close to the helicopter carrying former Prime Minister H D Devegowda here on Sunday.

The crew and the security officials were caught unawares and were shocked to find a drone flying so close to the chopper.

The incident happened as the chopper carrying Devegowda made a landing at the Nidavanda helipad. The security guards were furious at the man operating the drone camera flying it so close to the chopper.

Devegowda remained seated in the helicopter until the drone stopped flying. He later alighted and attended a function at Bharatipura village.
