Mangaluru: Sri Rama Sene President Pramod Muthalik on Sunday said that around 1000 temples in the state will play Suprabhata and Omkara from May 9.
He further said, ” We are not against Masjids or churches but against those who violate Supreme Court guidelines. Till the illegal loudspeakers are stopped, we will continue to play suprabhatha in temples.”
“If the authorities oppose the move of playing Suprabhata in temples, then it will lead to conflict,” he added.
Muthalik also urged members of Durga Sene and women’s committee members to purchase gold, silver etc from shops owned by Hindus.
