Kalaburagi: 7 charred to death as pvt bus collides with tempo trax, catches fire

A Goa-bound bus caught fire after a tempo trax collided against it on the outskirts of Kalaburagi’s Kamalapura town in the wee hours of Friday, June 3.

Out of the 29 passengers on board the bus, seven are suspected to have been charred to death while the others have been admitted to various hospitals in Kalaburagi. It is gathered that there were atleast 9 children on board the bus.

Fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the fire.

District police officials arrived at the spot.
