Mangaluru Police Commissioner scales Chitradurga Fort walls; Video viral

Chitradurga / Mangaluru: Though he is the present Mangaluru City Police commissioner and IPS officer, N Shashi Kumar is known for being a class apart from regular cops. A case in point is his recent post about scaling the Chitradurga fort.
Anyone familiar with Chitradurga Fort, antiques of the Jyothiraj aka monkey-man aka Kothiraj come to mind. His daring feats of scaling the rocky high walls with his bare hands attracted huge crowds.
Just like Jyothiraj, Shashikumar also scaled the walls of the famous fortress.
Shashi Kumar, who hails from Chitradurga, posted a video of his daring feat on his Facebook page with the caption “Namma Uru Namma Hemme. Nammurige Mattomme” (Our hometown, our pride. Once again in my home town).
The video post has since gone viral with his fans applauding his heroics.
