Bengaluru: Unidentified miscreants barged into the house of a woman, tied her up and decamped with gold jewellery.

The robbery took place at Abbigere under Gangammana Gudi police station limits on Friday evening when the victim, Rihan, was alone at home.

Robbers, who boke into the house, threatened Rihan with weapons. When she raised an alarm, they allegedly tied her up and forcibly snatched the gold and bangles. They later ransacked the house and decamped with gold jewelry worth Rs 7 lakhs.

When Rihan’s family returned home, they found her in a semi-conscious state and immediately took her to the hospital.
