3rd Match of the NTT Data T20 Champions Trophy for the Blind 2022 was played in Between India Orange vs India Yellow played at Altiore Sports Ground,

Winning the toss India Yellow elect to filed and put Team Orange bat 1st in the 20 overs match, batting 1st Team Orange Opener Maneesh made a Brilliant Century scored 107 runs in 56 Balls in the limited 20 overs they managed to score 233 runs by losing 8 wickets.

Chasing the huge target of 233 Runs Team yellow lost the Both the openers for 50 runs and the Other players managed to stick to basic cricket shorts and only managed to score 158 Runs losing 7 wickets Team Orange won the match by huge margin of 75 Runs.

Man of the Match – Maneesh A (India Orange) 107 Runs 56 Balls 16 – Fours

4th Match of the T20 CHAMPIONS TROPHY FOR THE BLIND 2022, played on 19th July at Sachin Tendulkar Cricket Ground.

The 4th match of the Tournament was Played between India Blue and India Red, at the Sachin Tendulkar Ground, Team Red led by D Venkateswara Rao won the toss against Ajay Kumar Reddy, Ajay lost the toss 2nd time in the Tournament.

Winning the Toss India Red opt to filed 1st, After losing the toss team blue scored 157 runs in 20 Overs and lost 7 wickets, Team lost both openers in a very quick session with the help of Mohd Azeem Half century scored a manageable total of 157 Runs .

Chasing a Manageable Target of 15 runs Team Red led by D Venkateswara Rao won the match by 6 wickets in 17.2 Overs.

Man of the Match – Mohd Azeem (India Red) 51Runs 48 Balls.

About Tournament

Cricket Association for the Blind in India, Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled in partnership with NTT DATA, has organized a 12-day coaching camp in Bengaluru for 56 blind cricketers and selected the best 29 players. This 12-day coaching and tournament will see the qualification pathway to the T-20 World Blind Cricket Tournament, in December 2022 with ten participating countries including Australia, England, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies, and the host India playing the 3rd T-20 World Cup Cricket for the Blind in India
