Siddaramotsav: Cong believes in unity, BJP believes in division, says Rahul Gandhi

Davangere: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressing the gathering at ‘Siddaramotsav’ on Thursday, lambasted at BJP by alleging that they were dividing people and spreading hatred in the state.

He criticized the current state dispensation and said that the Congress party believed in the culture, language, and traditions of Karnataka, unlike the BJP which was colonizing the state.

Rahul said that when Siddaramaiah was the chief minister of the state, he united the people and created harmony. But the current BJP government was spreading hatred and dividing the people of the state.

He further lambasted the BJP government for corruption and scams.

Meanwhile, he lauded and praised Siddaramaiah and said that he was only here because he shared a special bond with Siddaramaiah.
