Mysuru: Poorvaj Vishwanath, the son of BJP leader and MLC H. Vishwanath, has decided to join the Congress party.
Poorvaj Vishwanath, who participated in a Congress party program at Tagadur village in Nanjangud taluk, said, “I have brought this (joining Congress) to the notice of Siddaramaiah and he has responded positively.”
”I am joining the Congress to strengthen Siddaramaiah’s hand. I will stand with Siddaramaiah to support him in becoming the next CM. I had also gone to Davanagere for celebrating Siddaramaih’s birthday program,” he added.
