Mangaluru: The three main accused in the BJYM leader Praveen Nettaru murder case were arrested on Thursday, August 11.
The arrested are Shiyab, Bashir, and Riyar. The trio was absconding after murdering Praveen.

The arrest was made a day after ADGP Alok Kumar said that police will get a court warrant to trace the absconding accused and confiscate their property.
The family members thanked the police officials and requested to not grant bail to the accused. They further said that the accused must not be represented by a counsel.
Nettar’s mother Padmavathi said, “My son would probably have been alive if only Bellare police officials had been alert. Nobody should suffer the same fate as my son.”
