Moodbidri: Illegal transportation of timber: Lorry seized, one arrested

Officials of the Mangaluru Forest squad arrested a person for illegally transporting timber logs from near Vishalnagar here.

The timber logs and the lorry used for the transportation, valued at Rs 18 lakh have been confiscated.

Officials are interrogating the arrested accused for further information.
