Puttur: Reckless driving; passenger dies after being thrown out of bus

Puttur: An elderly man who fell from a KSRTC bus in Peruvayi died on Saturday, September 17.

The deceased has been identified as Inas D’souza, a resident of Keduvaru.

On September 15, Inas was travelling to Keduvaru on a KSRTC bus. As his stop arrived, he stood near the back door of the bus.

The driver then took a sudden turn and Inas was thrown out of the bus.

He was severely injured in the accident and was admitted to a private hospital in Mangaluru.
