Will announce about multi-speciality hospital to UK district soon: Min Dr. Sudhakar

Sirsi: State Labour Minister Shivaram Hebbar held a meeting with State Health Minister Dr. Sudhakar regarding the construction of multispeciality hospital in the Uttara Kannada district.
Reportedly, in the meeting, minister Hebbar requested minister Dr. Sudhakar, to identify the location for the construction of the multispeciality hospital in a private-government partnership. He requested to look into the development of infrastructure and basic facilities of the government hospitals of the taluks in the district. He also requested sanction of funds for the same.
Responding to the requests, minister Dr. Sudhakar said, “We have already begun planning for the construction of the multispeciality hospital. Already a land has been identified in Kumta taluk. We will take into consideration the suggestions given by minister Hebbar. Once the Karnataka Assembly session ends, will conduct a spot inspection of the identified land and later announce the multispeciality hospital project”.
Meanwhile, Uttara Kannada District In-charge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary, legislators Dinakar K Shetty, Roopali Naik, and others were present.
