Mangaluru: Police team sent to Coimbatore to trace 3 missing PUC students

Mangaluru: A police team from the city has been dispatched to Coimbatore to investigate the case of the missing girl students of a private PU college in the city.
Three students escaped from the hostel on the college premises at around 3 am on Wednesday and have been missing ever since.
Out of the three students, two are from Bengaluru and the other is from Chikkamagaluru. CCTV cameras recorded the trio leaving the hostel.
Sources said that cops have received information that the students had boarded a train to Coimbatore. Therefore, a team of Kankanday police has been dispatched to Tamil Nadu for tracing their whereabouts.
