PSI Recruitment Scam: HC-Kalaburagi Bench grants bail to Rajesh Hagaragi

Kalaburagi: One of the main accused in the PSI Recruitment Scam, Rajesh Hagaragi is granted bail by the High Court of Karnataka – Kalaburagi Bench on Tuesday, September 27.

Rajesh is the husband of a former BJP functionary and prime accused in the scam, Divya Hagaragi.

Divya runs Jnana Jyothi English School in Kalaburagi city, where as many as eight candidates attended the recruitment exam.

It can be recalled that earlier, Divya, Rajesh, the headmaster, and three teachers were alleged to scam in the PSI Recruitment Exam and were arrested.

Meanwhile, Rajesh behind bars for over five months and has now been granted bail.
