Shirva: Retired Director of Physical Education of Mulki Sundar Ram Shetty (MSRS) College in Shirva, H. Surendra Shetty, passed awayat a hospital in Manipal on October 3. He was 66.
Shetty had served as the Director of Physical Education at MSRS College, Shirva for more than 35 years and was successful in shaping the students of the college into sportsmen of Mangalore University.
After retirement, he involved himself in various organizations and became socially recognized.
Surendra Shetty is survived by his wife, son, and daughter.
