Chitradurga: In a tit-for-tat move for Congress’ ‘PayCM’ campaign, local BJP workers have put up posters of ‘PFI Bhagya’ targetting Siddaramaiah.
The ‘PFI Bhagya’ posters were found pasted at many places in Challakere town along the route where Congress’ Bharat Jodo Yatra will pass.
Just like the PayCM posters, the posters displayed a QR Code. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is shown wearing a ‘Tipu Petha’ (turban) while holding a sword. The flag of PFI, which has been banned by the Union government, is displayed in the background.
On October 3, BJP had launched the “PFI Bhagya Campaign” against Congress. The BJP claimed that the then-Congress government led by Siddaramaiah had withdrawn cases filed against Popular Front of India (PFI) activists.
Did you know? Of course you did! @siddaramaiah – #PFI bhai bhai. #PFIBhagya #Ugrabhagya
