B’luru: Woman jumps to death from ninth floor

Mahadevpur: In a tragic incident, a married woman allegedly ended her life by committing suicide due to a family dispute.

The deceased identified as Upasana Rawat (30) was employed as an HR manager at a software firm.

She allegedly jumped to death from the ninth-floor balcony of Disha apartment in Bengaluru’s Varthur.

The police have arrested her husband Nihar Ranjan Rawat in connection with the case. Police said that the couple got married nine years ago and were childless. There was resentment among the couple over the issue and were going to get a divorce.
