Bengaluru: A fan of the superstar late Puneeth Rajkumar reportedly died of a heart attack while watching the ‘Puneetha Parva’ program which was held at the Palace Grounds on Friday.
Giriraj, a resident of Link Road in Malleshwaram, collapsed at around 10.30 pm at his residence while watching a program on TV.
Family members told the media that he was immediately rushed to the hospital where the doctors pronounced him dead. The family claimed Gururaj was very emotional while watching the tribute program days before the late superstar’s death anniversary.
It is learnt that Giriraj was an ardent fan of Puneeth Rajkumar and kept a photograph of the movie star with him.
