Maha BJP leaders take a dig at Kejriwal with images of Shivaji, Modi on currency notes

Mumbai: After Delhi CM Aravind Kejriwal suggested the Modi Government on using Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi images on the Indian currency notes, Maharashtra BJP leaders Nitish Rane and Ram Kadam took a dig at Kejriwal.
Taking to Twitter, Rane tweeted posted an Rs. 200 note with Maratha Emperor Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj photoshopped in the middle of the note. Posting the image, he captioned it, “Ye perfect hai!”

On the other hand, Ram Kadam tweeted a photoshopped image of Rs. 500 notes with images of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Dr B R Ambedkar, and Vinayak Damodar Savarkar/Veer Savarkar.
He captioned it as “Akhanda Bharath, Naya Bharath, Mahaan Bharath. Jai Sri Ram .. Jai Matadi !”

Earlier, Kejriwal had suggested incorporating Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi images in the currency notes saying that it would help in boosting the Indian economy.
