Mangaluru: Several cargo ships catch fire in Kasaba Bengre on Friday, October 28.
It is said that ships carrying goods to Lakshadweep were kept aside for repair work. On Friday, the ships suddenly caught fire.
Reportedly, the fire was triggered by firecrackers.
After receiving the news, fire tenders from MRPL arrived at the spot and doused the fire.
