Kaup: ‘Pili Kola’ fame, Rajyotsava awardee Gudda Panar gets grand welcome in his hometown

Kaup: ‘Pili Kola’ fame Gudda Panar who was awarded the prestigious Karnataka Rajyotsava Award on Tuesday, November 1 at Bengaluru, was welcomed in a grand manner on Wednesday, November 2.

The welcome programme was held at Brahmashree Narayan Guru Seva Sangha Muloor.

He was felicitated by the Seva Sangha in a programme organized by Sarveshwara Friends.

Later, a procession was carried out on NH 66 ending at his residence at Mahalakshmi Nagar in Muloor.

Gudda Panar was awarded the Rajyotsava Award, recognizing his contribution to preserving the ancient folklore “Daivaraadhane”, especially “Pili Kola”.
