Mangaluru: Bus driver meets watery grave at Someshwara beach

Mangaluru: A bus driver drowned to death at Someshwara beach on Sunday, December 11.
The deceased has been identified as Prashanth Bekal (47), a resident of Ambika Road. He was working as a bus driver in a private educational institution.
Prashanth was washed away by giant waves when he entered the beach to have a bath. His son Chirayu tried to rescue him but failed.
A case has been registered.
