Actor cum costume designer Gandasi Nagaraj passes away at 65

Bengaluru: Sandalwood actor Gandasi Nagaraj (65) passed away on Monday, December 12, due to prolonged illness.

Recently, his kidneys were dysfunctional and was suffering from related ailments.

On Monday, he lost his battle with life.

Nagaraj was active in Sandalwood for the past four decades and has acted in over 1000 movies in different roles. He used to design costumes for actor “Navarasa Nayaka” Jaggesh.

He was also a close aide to Jaggesh

“Bhanda Nanna Ganda”, “Server Somanna”, “Gundana Maduve”, “Rajahuli”, “Kotigobba – 3” etc., are the movies in which Nagaraj has acted.
