Yellapura: Yakshagana Bhagavata Thimmappa Balehadda (59) was killed in a car accident on December 13 evening.
The accident took place on Sirasi-Yellapura highway.
As per sources, Thimmappa Balehadda car collided with another car coming from the opposite direction. He was rushed to the hospital nearby he died after he stopped responding to treatment.
Thimmappa Balehadda had learned Bagavatike from his Dad Krishna, who is also a famous Bhagavata.
He is survived by his Father, Mother, son, and daughter.
