Bantwal police arrest thief, recover stolen items

Bantwal town police have arrested a man in connection with theft case that took place at a shop in B Mooda village here on August 7 and recovered the stolen items from his possession.
Mohammed Irfan, a resident of Golithottu village is the arrested person.
A complaint was filed by the shopkeeper Rajaram about theft of two mobile phone handsets valued at Rs 20,000 and Rs 10,000 in cash
Police said that Irfan was also involved in a house break-in reported in Golithottu village under the Uppinangady police limits earlier in December
