Puttur: Sexual harassment of minor, POCSO case filed

Puttur: Sampya Police have registered a POCSO case against a man for sexually harassing a girl when she was a minor.
The accused has been identified as Rahul, son of Kodiadka Belliyappa Gowda.
The girl who is a resident of Puttur and a student at a college in Mangaluru said that Rahul had sexually harassed her at a poultry farm when she was a minor.
According to police, the student filed the complaint late as Rahul had threatened her against telling about the harassment to anyone.
