Bengaluru: Two including woman arrested for extortion

Bengaluru: Police officials have arrested two persons for extorting money from a man in Bengaluru.
The arrested accused have been identified as Sunil Kumar (21), a resident of Thotadaguddahalli, and his friend Lakshmipriya (31).
It is said that Sunil pretended to be a girl and began chatting with a man on the blue app. The victim invited the ‘girl’ to his house.
Sunil sent Lakshmipriya to the victim’s house and there she recorded a video with him. The duo then began to blackmail the victim.
45 grams of Gold jewelry, 1 mobile, and 2 two-wheelers were seized. The total estimate of the seized items are Rs 2.2 lakh.
