As per the compliant filed by the victim with the CEN police, he had made a ticket booking on January 8 by making an online payment of Rs 6,380. However as he didn’t get the ticket he called the company for a refund of the paid amount.

The company executive reportedly asked for the last six digits of his account number and gave an assurance that the refund would reflect in his account within two days’ time.
