Udupi: Acting on credible information, police arrested four youths and seized narcotics from their possession on Friday night.
The arrested are identified as Muzammil (27), Mohammed Anaz Saheb (25), Mohammed Rafiq (26) and Niyal (19).
At the time of the arrest, the accused were trying to rob passersby on the third main street of V P Nagar of Manipal. Another accused Rakib managed to flee the spot.
Manipal police registered a case.
