Bengaluru: After the special processing of the voter list conducted in the wake of the assembly elections, the final voter list of the pending 3 assembly constituencies of Bengaluru city district has been published on Sunday.
A total of 9,80,542 voters in the Chikkapete, Shivajinagar, and Mahadevapura assembly constituencies find a place in the final voter list published.
The list of final voters of 25 constituencies out of 28 assembly constituencies of the city district was published last year. However, the final voter list of 3 constituencies in Bengaluru City, which was supposed to be published in the month of December 2022, was delayed. In the wake of the voter data theft allegations and other reasons, the Election Commission decided to re-check the list of voters.
On Sunday, the final voter list of the remaining three constituencies namely Chikkapet, Shivajinagar, and Mahadevapura constituencies has been published.
Voters can check the final list on VHA mobile app and National Voter Service Portal (NVSP). If there are mistakes in it, objections can be raised by submitting Form 6, 7 or 8 to either the Returning Officers’ office, Electoral Registrars’ office, Assistant Registrars’ office, Ward office, and booth level officials.
