Bengaluru: The BJP Central Disciplinary Committee has issued a notice to MLA Basangouda Patil Yatnal, who had lashed out at some senior leaders of the party including Chief Minister Bommai.
Yatnal has reportedly been instructed to come to Delhi for questioning.
BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel confirmed that the notice was issued and Yatnal was instructed to appear before the disciplinary committee. Nalin clarified that the disciplinary committee will conduct an inquiry and take appropriate action.
It is said that Yatnal stayed away from the ‘Vijaya Sankalpa Yatra’ held in Vijayapura for this reason.
