Karkala: Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik announced that he will contest the upcoming assembly elections from Karkala as an independent candidate.

Pramod Muthalik alleged that the BJP which came to power with the support of Hindus has failed to protect the community and Hindutva.

He also claimed that he will not quit for any reason and vowed to be the voice of right-wing activists.

“I am not against the BJP. I will always support Hindutva and Modi even after winning the elections. Also, my win will not benefit Congress,” he added
