Guarantee cards on manifesto promises to reach every household: Ivan D’souza

Mangaluru: Congress will go door-to-door distributing guarantee cards about the promises made in its poll manifesto for the coastal region, said KPCC spokesperson Ivan D’Souza on Saturday.

Speaking at a press conference, Ivan said that the distribution will be completed before March 15.

Congress has announced to provide 200 units of free electricity per house and Rs 2,000 per month to all house owners. In continuation of the promises made, guarantee cards about manifesto promises will be delivered to every household and a receipt will be obtained from them, he said.

The distribution will be carried out by booth-level committees formed for the task.

Congress leaders including Naveen D’Souza, Shubhodaya Alva, Vivekraj,  among others were present
