7th Branch of Perdur Potters Coop Society to be inaugurated on Mar 5

Hebri: Perdur Potters Cottage Industrial Cooperative Society, the State-level best co-operative society awardee, is expanding its reach by opening its 7th branch in Hebri. The new branch will be located on the first floor of Ramanatha Complex, opposite the Hebri Bus stand, and is scheduled to be inaugurated on March 5.
The inauguration ceremony will be attended by Karnataka Minister V Sunil Kamar, who will inaugurate the new branch office, and former minister Vinay Kumar Sorake, who will light the lamp. Udupi District Co-operative Union President Jayakar Shetty Indrali will also be present to inaugurate the security room, while Potters Cottage Industrial Cooperative Society President Santhosh Kulal Pakkal will preside over the event.
The Potters Cottage Industrial Cooperative Society has its headquarters and branch in Perdur, and has already opened branches in Udupi, Brahmavar, Kundapura, and Shirva-Manchakal. The society is known for its commitment to promoting and supporting the pottery industry in the region, and has been recognized as the best co-operative society in the state, said a press release.
