Praveen Nettaru murder case: NIA arrests another accused from B’luru

Bengaluru: The National Investigation Agency has arrested another accused in connection with the murder of BJP Yuva Morcha leader Praveen Nettaru

Tufail, a native of Madikeri was arrested from Dasarahalli in Bengaluru, sources said.

Praveen Nettaru was hacked to death on July 26, 2022 night by bike-borne miscreants in Bellare. So far ten people have been arrested in connection with the case. The arrested accused was carrying a reward of Rs 5 lakh on his head.

The NIA investigations has revealed that the Popular Front of India (PFI) had formed secret teams, known as killer squads, to carry out acts of killing its ‘perceived enemies’ and targets as part of its mission to create unrest, fear and communal hatred in the society and to strengthen its agenda of establishing Islamic rule in India by 2047.
