Katapady: Car accident leaves six injured, including women and children

A car reportedly carrying six passengers, including women and children, lost control and fell into a ditch near Katapady Kallapu on National Highway 66 on Sunday evening. The incident left the occupants of the car injured and in need of immediate medical attention.
The car, which had a Kerala registration, was reportedly traveling on the highway when the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and into the ditch. The children and women in the car were among those injured in the accident.
Fortunately, locals and passersby immediately came to the rescue, assisting in taking the injured to a private hospital in Udupi for treatment.
