Bhargavi Builders unveil ‘Mr Gunanath’s’ mock-up flat for Kailash apartments

Bhargavi Builders inaugurated a mock-up flat for their new ‘Kailash’ residential apartment in Kottara on March 9.

Various notable figures including actors Aravind Bolar and Chaithra Shetty attended the event. In the popular promotional advertisement ‘Gunanath looking for house’, the roles of Gunanath and Shilpa Gunanath were portrayed by actor Aravind Bolar and actress Chaithra Shetty, respectively.

Bhaskar Gadiyar, proprietor of Bhargavi Builders, and project heads Mahesh Shetty and Mangaldeep, the president of CREDAI, Pushparaj Jain, and Ravi Shetty, chairman and managing director of Sai Palace Group of Hotels, were also present.

The project head, Gurudutta Shenoy, explained the features of the project and the mock-up flat. Soujanya Hegde compered the event.

Bhargavi Builders laid the foundation stone for the residential apartment on February 14, 2021.

The complex includes 131 apartments on 15 floors and features high-quality facilities. Notably, it will be the first building in Mangaluru to have a rooftop swimming pool. The apartments will be built according to Vaastu.

The complex includes 2 BHK flats for Rs 67 lac, 3 BHK flats for Rs 1.10 crore, and 4 BHK duplex flats for Rs 1.80 crore.

The complex will include various ultra-modern facilities such as:
