Puttur: KSRTC employee found dead on railway tracks in Kaniyoor

The mortal remains of a KSRTC employee was found on the railway tracks in Kaniyoor on Thursday, April 6.

The deceased was identified as Kusumadar Gowda Abhira, a 34-year-old driver-cum-conductor from Bellandur village in Puttur division.

It is suspected that Abhira might have committed suicide. He had been working with the KSRTC for the past nine years.

The police have visited the scene to conduct an investigation and have registered a case.
