Ullal: Preksha suicide case; Accused commits suicide

A 20-year-old man named Yathiraj Gatti from Kuttar was found dead by suicide on May 10.

Yathiraj had been accused of inciting the death of a model named Preksha who committed suicide at her house in Kumpala two years ago.

According to reports, Yathiraj hanged himself from an iron hook on the sit-out of his aunt’s house, located behind his house.

He committed suicide when his aunt was not present at home, and his body was discovered the next morning by his uncle who had been searching for him.

The Ullal police officials reached the spot and sent Yathiraj’s body for postmortem.
