Mangaluru: 30 injured in KSRTC-pvt bus collision at Mukka junction

Mangaluru: Nearly 30 persons sustained injuries following a collision between a private bus and a KSRTC bus at Mukka junction.
The mishap took place on Friday, May 12 reportedly after the tyre of the Mangaluru-bound private bus got punctured and collided against the KSRTC bus.
Passengers in both buses sustained injuries due to the impact of the collision. A few of them were admitted to the hospital while others were administered first aid.
Locals alleged that a private hospital which was nearby the accident spot did not offer ambulance service to the injured citing that the driver was out. Later another ambulance was called to help the injured.
