Fatal accident on Bangalore-Mysore highway; RBI employee killed, family injured

An employee of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) lost his life in an accident that occurred on the Bangalore-Mysore Dashpath highway near Jaipur Gate, Ramanagara.

The victim, identified as Jagdish (48), was on duty in Mysore and was traveling back to Bangalore with his wife Nandita and their two children in a car.

Unfortunately, while en route, the car veered out of control and collided with the iron fence along the roadside. The impact of the accident caused the vehicle to overturn on the nearby service road, resulting in severe injuries to Jagdish.

Despite immediate medical attention during transportation to the hospital, he tragically succumbed to his injuries.

Jagdish’s wife and their two children sustained minor injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment at a nearby hospital.
