In an effort to cultivate young talent aspiring to engage in the political arena, speaker U T Khader has unveiled plans to establish a political training centre specifically designed for degree-holding individuals.
During a media address held on Thursday, June 29, Khader outlined his vision, stating, “We are working towards implementing this plan in the near future. Recognizing the success of a similar training centre in Pune, we intend to engage in discussions with them and develop a one-year course tailored to our requirements. The training centre will be strategically located within the state, featuring a specialized curriculum and a team of dedicated lecturers.”
He further said, “Through this initiative, we aim to equip graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders and work alongside MLAs and ministers. Political leaders and experts will be actively involved in providing training, ensuring that the participants receive comprehensive guidance.”
The political training centre is anticipated to serve as a nurturing ground for young individuals keen on pursuing a career in politics.
