Udupi: Two held while trying to sell drugs

Two persons who were attempting to sell narcotic drugs at a public place near Chaturmukha Basadi in Karkala taluk were arrested, police said.
The arrested have been identified as Mohammed Ashfan (20) and Rajeem (30), residents of the taluk, they said on Friday.
Police seized prohibited narcotic drugs, car and mobile phones from their possession. The value of the seized items is estimated at Rs 3.6 lakh.
A case in this connection has been registered at the CEN police station in Udupi, police said.
